No one can predict the future but if, as they say, past is prologue then the open house at the Indian factory and dealership in North Carolina last Saturday bodes well for the new enterprise. The factory location in King’s Mountain was overrun with riders well before the stated 11:00 AM opening time. A long line of people wound around the back of the facility waiting to get inside for a self-guided tour.

This weekends annual Bike Fest at Carlisle is one of my favorite events of the year. There’s always lots of hot eye candy throughout the grounds. Some of the famous bike builders and celebrities have their bikes on hand. Believe me the rich and famous aren’t the only ones with neat looking rides at Carlisle. Just walking through the parking lots you can see show quality bikes.
