Winners of the 1st IronWorks Magazine Twitter Contest

ironworks_winners_twitterAs you may have read earlier, IronWorks Magazine is Now On Twitter, and it seemed like a good idea to kick off our Twitter notifications with a giveaway. So it was decided, and on Monday morning we announced that those who sent a tweet to IronWorksMag via Twitter that read, “IronWorks magazine Rocks!” would be automatically entered to win one of 5 free subscriptions to IronWorks magazine and given the chance to be entered to win the IronWorks/Brass Balls Bobber giveaway bike.

I’m excited to say that we had a tremendous response and it’s something we expect to do again in the near future.

So here are the lucky winners listed by Twitter ID:

@HarleyMac1
@FredMotorCo
@JoeRocket
@MotorcycleFans
@ChopperGuy

Congratulations to the lucky few who won, and to those who missed out… I’ve got a bit of a consultation prize, but you’ll have to follow IronWorksMag on Twitter to see the deal we’re offering.

  1. Way to go guys, thanks for stealing my subscription. So what’s this “deal” you’re talking about?

  2. Congratulations! I don’t have a Twitter so I guess I lose out. I am interested in knowing more about the new Brass Balls bike. Is it mentioned online somewhere, I couldn’t find anything about the new contest.

  3. It’s nice to be a winner for once. Mom always said I was special and now I have proof! Iron Works Magazine Rocks!!

  4. Well done.

  5. Why is it that every time I decide to go out of town something happens and I lose out. I’ve joined Twitter and have followed your account. So what’s this deal all about?

    Congratz to those who won. You do know this means I’m not following you. Just kidding.

  6. I joined Twitter and tried to win, but I lost. Does anyone else think it’s creepy that all these people are following each other?

  7. Mike,
    We announced the new contest in the post announcing the winner of last years bike. There’s also a mention in the April issue of IronWorks Magazine on page 56.
