On November 19th the folks at Rivera Primo lost a longtime friend when Charles “Giggie” Gilliland suddenly passed away. Besides being talented, intelligent and humorous he was also known for being generous and kind hearted. Giggie will be missed by all. We send our condolences to to his family, friends and co-workers.
