Stevil’s Shovel

Here’s a bike for YOU BE THE JUDGE! from back in the generator days. It’s “Stevil’s”  immaculate looking 1969, 74 c.i. Shovelhead. Not only can this beauty be seen rolling around the Michigan countryside but his ’78, 74 is just as hot. The crowds and the show judges in Otsego liked this bike now YOU BE THE JUDGE!

  1. A great classic. Flatside shovels are cool! This machine must have a rocking chair ride with the combination of swing arm and pogo seat. The color fits to a tee.

  2. What’s there to say? What a fine bike, clean right down to each and every chrome spoke.

I it’s an easy bike to love…it’s right for every choice right down to the S&S Carb.

And GASP!!!! Do my eyes deceive me? Is that a brake drum set-up on the front wheel? (You didn’t change it out! HUGS!)

The front fender with the FLH Bibs at the bottom sure bring back memories, Love the Chrome headlight cases, front forks and not to forget to mention those beautiful shock covers….damn I love those! (You just don’t see them anymore…)

Yeah, lovin’ this bike is easy…what’s to bitch about? NUTTIN MUCH from this point of view.

  3. just plain sweeeet

  4. Now that is a good looking bike. Love everything about it!

  5. Clean & Classic…I like it!

  6. A bit heavy on the chrome; otherwise it’s great!

  7. What can I say, but, very nicely done. Easy to tell that you have put a lot of work into it.
