Hector Arana: Smokin’ ‘Em On The Track

To show that you don’t have to be the smallest, lightest or youngest rider to go fast at the drag strip all you have to do is look at Hector Arana. He has ridden his S&S powered drag bike to five wins this season in the NHRA Pro Stock class and a blistering ET of 6.851 seconds at a track near Memphis. Hector bought the bike complete from S&S in 2008 and has been burning up the circuit ever since. He is currently atop the standings for the Pro Stock championship. Not only is Hector a great racer but he must be able to turn a wrench pretty good too because he acts as his own crew chief.  Congratulations to Hector and keep on smoking them.
