Sam, just remember, the press release says a “make over” not a “make out.” If you help the Garage Girls at Carlisle, do as Austin Powers suggests– “oh behave.”

  3. This ought to be of interest. Will they choose on the basis of what they write? Or on how good they look? Cutie Pies? Moon Pies?….
Will they pick a female gray hair…or will they go with the perfect gal with no age lines, and who looks fantastic in a skimpy leather halter?
Will they choose a guy whose buff is built, or a guy whose beard is steeley gray and whose laugh lines are etched as deeply into his face as the lines on Lincoln’s face at the Lincoln Memorial?

  4. I’m sure that Sara ( and Marilyn over at IronWorks ) will make sure things are on the level—right? I’d suggest a well written submission be the first criteria. Then select someone who needs an honest-to-goodness makeover, and that last part appears to be up to us. “The entrants will be narrowed down and you can vote online for the finalists at…”

  5. Thats right, we are not looking for the next top model, we are looking for people who truly deserve some new riding gear and some parts for their bike, thats it plain and simple!
