2009 Knucklehead Reunion

the smallest knuckle? For all you fans of Harley’s first overhead valve engine here’s an event just for you. On July 11, 2009 the seventh annual “Knucklehead” Reunion will be held at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You’ll get a chance to swap “barn find” stories, make connections for hard to find parts and view memorabilia from the 1936-1947 model years. Plus there will be a bunch of beautiful old bikes to see. You don’t have to own a Knucklehead to attend but you do have to be an enthusiast. It’s times like this I wish I had my ’47 EL back. For more info: www.knucklenutz.comknucklehead-reunion

  2. Chessie,
yes those are brass heads on Jerry Keifer’s 1/8 scale model Knucklehead. He must be a master machinist because that is NOT a plastic model. He made wheels, spokes and hubs that have to be laced just like the real ones. He is planning on taking it to the reunion.
