Jesse James Airstream Bike
Here’s Jesse James‘ tribute to one of the true icons of the American highway. I don’t care how much traveling you’ve ever done you have had to have seen one of these shiny bright Airstream trailers. For 75 years all different sizes of these riveted aluminum homes away from home have been tagging along behind all sorts of vehicles. Come on fess up, don’t tell me you’ve never pulled up behind one to check out you and your bikes’ reflection in the trailers’ mirror finish.
Jesse built this bike to roll with an 113 CI S&S motor and Baker 6-speed tranny squeezed into a WCC200 Dominator frame. A true metal craftsman he hand fabricated the sidecar frame. The shell of the sidecar formed from aluminum and pop riveted just like the trailers he was paying tribute to. A five gallon gas tank and the battery are behind the sidecar seat.
This clean looking bike and sidecar were introduced to the public at “The Legend Of Motorcycle Show” in Half Moon Bay, California earlier this year. Since July the bike has been resting at the Ohio headquarters of Airstream. For more info www.airstream.com

Jesse James is just cool. His bikes are always very sharp to me. Good job Jesse.
I think he has a new T.V. show coming out soon. I’m not too big on reality T.V. but I saw it mentioned on the Cyril Huze blog.
What a talent Jesse James is! Very clean bike.
