Barber Vintage Festival
If you’re going to be in the Birmingham, Alabama area on October 17-19th stop in the Barber Motorsports Park and take in the 4th Annual Barber Vintage Festival. It would give you a chance to watch vintage machines road race, motocross, time trials and ride cross country events. Or you could stroll through the stands of over 250 vendors at the famous Barber Swap Meet. This festival has quickly become one of the largest gatherings of vintage motorcycles anywhere.
Adding to the entertainment will be performances by Rhett Rotten’s “Wall of Death” stunt show and an aerial display by the Aeroshell Acrobatic Team. You can get a three day pass to the festival for $35 in advance or $45 at the gate. Single day tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate. While you’re there don’t forget to check out the Barber Museum, and you might just bump into a few guys from IronWorks magazine. For info www.barbermotorsports.com

I’ll be there, looking forward to the show!
Maybe the IW publisher will be there?
If you’re anywhere near Birmingham, AL next weekend and you have even a passing interest in motorcycles, this is a MUST see event….over the top/world class!!!!!
Looking forward to this festival. I’ll be there also. I have been to the museum twice and it was just amazing. I have lots of photos from this place. I enjoyed and learned so much. I have yet been able to make a race so I can’t wait to see a race. I really is a world class facility and track. Very glad that it was built in my home state.
See you at the Festival! Been to the museum and had fun. The Festival should be awesome!
Won’t be anywhere near it. But I look forward to seeing some images and reading the post-post.
I’ll be there on Saturday. Can’t make the full weekend.
